A quarter is approx. 90-110 # of meat at $5.15/pound

When ordering a whole, half, or quarter of beef, you decide the cuts you would like, thickness of steaks, and size of packages, or we can put together the package for you.

All beef is vacum-packed.

All ground beef is in 1 pound packages.

Shipping is extra.

We deliver to Lincoln or Omaha.

**You can find us at Omaha’s  Village Pointe Mall on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the Month.  We will also be there the last market day - the first Saturday in October.  We can also be found in Omaha’s new Midtown Crossing Farmers Market in Turner Park around 32nd and Dodge, every Saturday until September 4th.

***We would be happy to supply beef to customers during the winter months if you send us an email to let us know what you want, we could deliver to Lincoln or Omaha once or twice a month if needed.
